Traditionally observed by Christians during Lent, specifically from Ash Wednesday to Good Friday, the Way of the Cross serves as an opportunity for spiritual reflection and growth. For those with demanding schedules, it is recommended to engage with this prayer either daily or every other day, dedicating time each Friday. However, if the time commitment to complete all 14 stations feels overwhelming, one may consider reflecting on a single station each day before retiring for the night.

As you progress through each station, take a moment to introspect and connect your personal experiences with the themes presented. The "connect" section at the end of each station is particularly valuable for deepening this reflection.
